Speakers at a workshop on Thursday called on the government to put an end to culture of impunity. Speaking at a one-day workshop on ‘Situation on Implementation of Recommendation of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and Impunity,” Sarad Chandra Neupane, assistant residential representative of the UNDP, said: “Though the NHRC made 147 recommendations to the government, only 16 recommendations have been implemented fully, while 15 have been implemented partially.”
