KATHMANDU: Federation of Contractors’ Association of Nepal on Wednesday took out a protest rally demanding immediate arrest of the culprits involved in the murder of Gauchan.

Hundreds of people, including FCAN office-bearers, construction entrepreneurs and the general public marched from Maitighar to New Baneshwor. They also demanded that the government declare Gauchan a martyr and guarantee physical security of citizens.

FCAN members have already met Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Minister for Home Affairs Janardan Sharma, Kathmandu CDO Kedarnath Sharma and chief of security agencies.
