KATHMANDU: An unattended hut caught fire in Budhanilakantha of Kathmandu on Friday, destroying some documents and furniture.

The hut owned by a religious institution in Mathillo Bhangal, Budhanilakantha Municipality-3 had caught fire.

A fire brigade assisted by locals and police had contained the fire.

Further investigation is underway.
