The Federation of Nepalese Journalists (FNJ) has condemned the attack on Brij Kumar Yadav, editor of Janakpur Today and former president of the FNJ Dhanusha chapter, and urged the authorities concerned to bring the assailants to book. Three unidentified men had attacked Yadav while he was returning home from his office in Janakpur on Wednesday, the FNJ said. Yadav, who sustained injuries in his hand, is undergoing treatment at the Care Medical Centre Nursing Home.
