KATHMANDU: Former Chief Justice Nayan Bahadur Khatri is no more. Khatri, who had also served as the Chief Commissioner at the National Human Rights Commission, was 99.

Khatri breathed his last at the Bhainsepati based Nepal Mediciti Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment for the last few days. He was suffering from Pneumonia.

He had also served as the Ambassador of Nepal to China in the mid to late 1980s.
