List celebrates young change-makers from diverse fields across Nepal
KATHMANDU, AUGUST 12
Glocal Pvt. Ltd., the organizer of Glocal Teen Hero Nepal 2025, has revealed its "20under20" list, recognizing 20 young innovators and leaders from across Nepal for their positive societal impact.
Selected from a pool of 786 applicants, this year's honorees represent fields including technology, innovation, social activism, research, SRHR advocacy, entrepreneurship, and environmentalism. The program reached more than 150,000 teenagers nationwide and generated over 2.5 million engagements across multiple channels.
The final jury comprised prominent figures such as Chandrika Kalia (Coca-Cola Nepal), Dr. Ghana Shyam Gurung (WWF Nepal), Seema Golchha (Golchha Group), Suraj Vaidya (VOITH), and Thomas Miller (EU to Nepal).
Glocal Teen Hero Nepal 2025 is powered by Golchha Group and supported by a wide range of partners including the European Union, Embassy of India Kathmandu, Plan International, and the Nepal Tourism Board.
