KATHMANDU: Gold jewellery worth Rs 550,000 was stolen from an unattended rented room in Chandol, KMC-4 on Sunday.

Police said the thieves targeted the room rented by Kunta Devi Thapa, a permanent resident of Sandhikharka-4 of Arghakhanchi district, at the Panchakanya Suyog Marga, KMC-4.

While looking for the suspects, police are investigating into the case.
