BHAKTAPUR: Minister for Urban Development Arjun Narsingh KC said the government would move ahead by resolving problems gradually.

Inaugurating the office of Bhaktapur Municipal Committee of the Nepali Congress on Saturday, Minister KC said the government was shouldering big responsibilities as- holding elections in all three levels within the stipulated time, implementing constitution by bringing the dissenting Madhesi parties to consensus and materialising the budget brought by the previous government.

He pointed out the need of implementing constitution by amending it as per the need.
