KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Sunday filed a charge sheet against account officer at the Department of Foreign Employment, Prakash Acharya, at the Special Court.

Earlier, Acharya was arrested while taking bribe from a service seeker.

He had allegedly sought Rs 10,000 as bribe to refund money that a manpower company had deposited at DoFE.

The CIAA has accused Acharya of corruption as per Section 3 of Prevention of Corruption Act.
