Unidentified persons broke into the house of Tirtha Bajracharya at Ason last evening and decamped with cash and property worth Rs 2.7 lakh, police said. Meanwhile, four persons looted a gold ring, Rs 3,500 and a silver ring from Himalay Gautam, a resident of Sitapaila-2, at the Old Baneshwor height last evening, police said today. The foursome came in a taxi, took hold of Gautam, took him in the taxi and robbed him.
