Kathmandu, October 14:

Inspector General of Police Hem Bahadur Gurung arrived home today after attending the 77th Convention of Interpol held from October 7-10 in St Petersburg of Russia.

Five Additional Inspector Generals and other senior police officers welcomed IGP Gurung at Tribhuvan International Airport.

According to a press release issued by the Police Headquarters, the participants dwelt on issues of security challenges in the 21st century and ways to increase cooperation among the 77-member countries of Interpol during the convention.
