Plea for judicial role
KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhi on Thursday called on judicial officials to enhance their role and capabilities in order to meet the challenges facing the judiciary. “We need to shoulder responsibilities necessary to meet the popular expectation,” he said, adding that only good performance would attain such a goal. The CJ was speaking during the launch of Nyayik Aawaj, a book published by the Judiciary Officers’ Society of the Supreme Court.
