CJ’s take on rights

KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Kedar Prasad Giri said on Friday that fundamental rights should be enshrined in the new constitution. Giri said this while releasing a book on ‘Fundamental Rights in the World Constitutions’ penned by advocate Dr Bhimarjun Acharya. The book dwells on fundamental rights enshrined in constitutions of 135 countries. — HNS
