KATHMANDU: Speaker Subas Nembang on Friday certified the Bill on Parliament Secretariat-2064 BS as per the Article 87 of the Interim Constitution of Nepal 2063 BS. The bill was passed by the meeting of the parliament on August 19, said parliament Secretariat. — RSS

NCF’s warning

KATHMANDU: The National Consumers Forum (NCF) has warned of strong possibility of outbreak of an epidemic in Kathmandu due to the garbage dumped in the streets since past two weeks. A statement issued by the NCF has said that it is shameful that the KMC and the Ministry of Local Development has put the people under risk by not resolving the conflict. — RSS
