Relief for flood-hit

KATHMANDU: The Churches of Christ in Nepal and Healing Hands International (HHI) provided relief material to 300 families affected by the floods in Banke district. According to a press release issued by the HHI on Thursday, 3,000 kg of rice, 600 kg of pulse, 300 litres of oil and 300 bags of salt worth Rs 138,300 were provided to the flood-hit people. The release also thanked media for disseminating information about the flood victims.” — HNS
