KATHMANDU: Nepal Police and Wildlife Conservation Nepal (WCN) on Thursday arrested five persons and seized parts of various wild animals from Palung, a press release from WCN said. The group seized tiger skin, snow leopard skin, 3 kg of tiger bone and 365 tiger whiskers at Inraini Ghat in Palung. The persons arrested along with the animal parts are Sujan Man Gopali, 35, Badri Pariyar, 40, Sher Bahadur Syangtan, 39, Purna B Syangtan, 47 and Kumar Pariyar, 25, the release said. — HNS
