KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has officially announced the postponement of the Chinese team’s visit to Nepal, which was scheduled for February 16-18. The visit of the team under Tang Jiaxuan, State Counsellor of China, “has been postponed until March for technical reasons,” the MoFA said. — HNS

Appointment in CAAN

KATHMANDU: The government on Sunday appointed deputy director general of CAAN, Kamal KC, as the officiating DG of CAAN. “Out-going DG Rajesh Raj Dali’s term expired and he has now been replaced,” a CAAN source said. —hns
