KATHMANDU: Power was cut off in most parts of Kathmandu Valley on Sunday evening for five minutes, according to an official at the Load Dispatch Centre, Kathmandu. The official said power was not cut off in the Balaju area. It must be due to ‘inclement weather’, he said. — HNS
