Health camp held

KATHMANDU: Leo Club of Kathmandu Himalaya’s Patan and Nodan Club on Saturday jointly organised a free health camp and awareness programme at Panchmane of Jitpur, Kathmandu. According to a press statement issued here on Sunday, over 460 patients benefited from the camp. — HNS

Training for APF men

KATHMANDU: Additional Inspector General of the Armed Police Force (APF), Rabiraj Thapa, on Sunday inaugurated a training for around 200 APF personnel who have been selected for a UN Mission in Liberia. On the occasion, Thapa directed the trainees to become extremely responsible while working in Liberia as their work is associated with the country’s name. — HNS
