KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress on Sunday decided to hold the inaugural function of its 13th National General Convention in Khulla Manch on March 3.

A meeting of NC office bearers and coordinators of preparation committees held at parliamentary party office of NC in Singha Durbar took a decision to this effect, according to NC Central Working Committee member Nabindra Raj Joshi.

The closed session of the convention will be held in Bhrikutimandap, according to him.

The party will endorse all preparatory works including the party’s policy and programmes by holding a CWC meeting by February 24, said Joshi. NC’s NGC is slated for March 3-6 in Kathmandu.
