Indian ambassador Rae optimistic fuel supply will be normalised

CHITWAN: Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Ranjit Rae, has said India was positive to normalise fuel supply from India to Nepal. However, he blamed Nepal Oil Corporation that it did not demand the petroleum needed to the country.

Talking to media persons here on Tuesday, Ambassador Rae said Chitwan is a touristy place in Nepal. So, India was interested to extend assistance to Nepal to promote tourism here.

In a different context, he said the oldest political party of Nepal, Nepali Congress has got capable leadership needed to the country.
