Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Balendra Shah at Singha Durbar on Monday as he prepares to return to India after completing his tenure.
According to Prime Minister's Press and Research Expert Dipa Dahal, Shah said Nepal and India have long enjoyed cordial and close relations. He thanked India for its support in search and rescue operations during the recent floods, landslides and other disasters.
Shah congratulated Srivastava on completing his tenure and wished him success in the future.
Srivastava, who assumed office on June 25, 2022, said several development projects were completed during his tenure. He thanked the Nepal government and people for their support and cooperation during his stay in the country.
