Indian Minister for Railways pays courtesy call on President

KATHMANDU: Visiting Indian Minister for Railways Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu on Sunday paid a courtesy call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari.

Issues concerning mutual relations were discussed during the meeting, according to a statement issued by the President's Office Spokesperson Kul Prasad Chudal.

Prabhu had landed in Kathmandu yesterday to attend the Nepal Infrastructure Summit being organised by the Confederation of Nepalese Industries in coordination with the government today.

Top government officials, representatives from the Kathmandu-based Indian Embassy and CNI officials were also present at the meeting held at the Sheetal Niwas.
