KATHMANDU: A person was killed and three others were injured after two bikes they were riding on collided at Tinkune along the Koteshwor-Baneshwor road in Kathmandu this afternoon.

Police identified the deceased as 19-year-old Indian national Bhatsal, currently residing at Soalteemode in Kathmandu. His complete identity is yet to be ascertained.

Police said the two motocycles (Ba 53 Pa 5426 and Ba 60 Pa 9496) heading to New Baneshwor from Koteshwor had collided.

Meanwhile, the other three injured are receiving treatment at the Civil Service Hospital in New Baneshwor.

Police said they are looking into the case.
