KATHMANDU: Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) has condemned the manhandling of Tribhuvan University Vice-Chancellor Dr Madhav Raj Sharma and Rector Prof Surya Lal Amatya by the Maoist-affiliated All Nepal National Independent Students' Union-Revolutionary (ANNISU-R). Issuing a statement here on Thursday, INSEC termed the act shameful for those pursuing higher education. It also criticised the statement of ANNISU-R president Lekhnath Neupane that supported the union's move. The rights body also demanded strong action against those involved in the incident.
