KATHMANDU: Deputy Inspector General Shailendra Khanal has been designated as the Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force.

DIG Khanal, who has been serving at the Secretariat of Inspector General of Armed Police Force, assumed the responsibility of spokesperson from Monday, according to APF Information Section.

He was transferred to the IGP Secretariat from Revenue, Customs and Industrial Directorate two months back.
