KATHMANDU: The then Chairman of the Interim Council of Ministers and former Chief Justice, Khilraj Regmi, expressed profound happiness at the promulgation of the constitution.“My heart tells me who else other than I would be the most happy person in Nepal with the promulgation of the constitution,” Regmi told RSS at the tea reception organised in Singha Durbar this afternoon on the occasion of the commencement of the constitution. He expressed the belief that a solution could be found through dialogue in the context of some parties expressing dissatisfaction with the new constitution. He was appointed Chairman of the Interim Council of Ministers on May 27, 2012.
