KHOTANG: A family dispute led into death of a sexagenarian at the hands of his nephew in Kahule-7 of Khotang district on Thursday.

Man Bahadur Rai (62) was struck on forehead by his 18-years-old nephew, Dipak Rai, with a wooden log during the family outrage, said witnesses.

The victim succumbed to his injuries about one hour after the incident, locals said.

The alleged perpetrator, meanwhile, has been nabbed after the incident, said DSP Bidya Nanda Majhi.

The body has been sent to the Primary Health Centre, Chisapani, for postmortem.
