Koreans provide clothes to Nepali students

Lalitpur, January 10:
A group of 21 teachers from South Korea today handed over clothes and educational materials to some 120 students of Bani Bilas Secondary School in Pyang Gaon of Lalitpur district. The teachers from some nine different schools of the Chhungju area of South Korea gave away new and some used clothing items they had collected from students in South Korea. Jal Krishna Shrestha, the headmaster of the school, praised the efforts of the teachers. He also said the students would benefit from the support and the school would utilize the educational and sports materials properly. The programme was coordinated by the Kathmandu district committee of the Association of Nepal Indigenous/Nationalities Journalists (ANIJ) and managed by Fenjo Sherpa of the Korean Treks and Expedition.
