KATHMANDU: Police said science laboratory equipment worth Rs 78,000 have been stolen from Tarakeshwor Municipality-17 on Tuesday.

An unidentified group of thieves took away microscope, LED projector and other laboratory items from an unattended laboratory of Prithivi Narayan Higher Secondary School at Lolang in the Municipality.

Police said they are looking into the case and searching for the absconding suspects.
