KATHMANDU: A person was reportedly found dead in a canal in Lalitpur Metropolitan City-12 on Thursday.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as a 38-year-old local Sher Bahadur Tamang.

Tamang was found dead in a canal near a suspension bridge on Nakkhu River, informed police.

Meanwhile, police are investigating into the case.
