J&J vaccine drive to start immediately after
KATHMANDU, JULY 30
Lalitpur Metropolitan City is inoculating people aged 45 and above with the first dose of Vero cell Covid-18 vaccine from today.
According to a notice issued by the metropolis, the vaccine campaign will start today and will last for three days till August 1.
Inoculation centres have been established in all 29 wards of the metropolis, and those eligible to receive the shot have been asked to contact their respective ward offices.
Similarly, the metropolis has also scheduled the vaccination drive of J&J single-shot vaccine from August 2. The details of the campaign will be published in the later dates, the metropolis added.
Meanwhile, Kathmandu Metropolitan City has begun inoculating people aged 50 and above (that had missed the first shot of Vero cell vaccine) from July 29.
For the same, Kathmandu metropolis has already designated vaccination centres in all its 32 wards.
