LALITPUR: Nepali Congress (NC), Lalitpur organised a tea reception and greetings exchange programme on the occasion Bijaya Dashami, on Saturday.

The reception was attended by several leaders and cadres of the party, including former Prime Minister and senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba, Central Working Committee members Bimalendra Nidhi and Prakash Sharan Mahat and invited Central Working Committee member Kebal Bahadur Lama among others.

Leaders, cadres and office-bearers of various other political parties also attended the event.

On the occasion, district president of the party, Madan Bahadur Amatya, said that one and all should take pride in the newly promulgated Constitution, as it was promulgated by the people's representative.
