KATHMANDU: A man, who was critically injured after a Land Cruiser (Ba 12 Cha 6443) hit an unidentified motorbike at Lazimpat in KMC-2 on Sunday, breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Bir Hospital.

The deceased has been identified as biker Suman Shrestha (20) of Jalbire, Sindhupalchok and currently residing at Galfutar in Kathmandu.

Police said that pillion rider Susan Gurung (20) of Chandol, Kathmandu was critically injured in the incident.

He is receiving treatment at the same hospital.

Police said that they have impounded the vehicle and arrested its driver for investigation.
