KATHMANDU: Nepal Bar Association (NBA) is all set to organise a rally in Kathmandu Valley tomorrow demanding timely promulgation of the constitution. NBA has called upon all its members to hit the streets in black coats. The rally is scheduled to start from the compound of Nepal Bar Association and will pass through Babarmahal and reach the Constituent Assembly building at New Baneshwor. The participants will hand over a me-morandum to Constituent Assembly chairman Subas Nembang urging the CA to meet the May 28 deadline for promulgation of the statute.
