Leave govt if you don't announce polls pronto: Oli to Dahal

KATHMANDU: The main opposition leader KP Sharma Oli on Saturday said he would tell Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal either to announce polls of local, provincial and federal levels immediately or leave the government.

Addressing a party function in Bhaktapur today, the CPN-UML Chairman said he would meet Dahal today itself and give the message in clear words, the Rastriya Samachar Samiti reported.

"I will tell him," he shared the plan with his cadres, "Please keep it all straight whether you will hold polls or not."

"If you are not going to hold elections, leave the government immediately."
