KATHMANDU: A man was arrested by the police for setting a parked motorcycle on fire on Sunday.

The 22-year-old Iju Prasad Dhungana, currently residing in Sitapaila of the Capital, was nabbed from near the Mustang monastery for setting the motorcycle (Ba 25 Pa 1323) on fire, police said.

Police informed that the two-wheeler belonged to 39-year-old Puskar Rimal, a resident of Sitapaila, Nagarjuna Municipality-5.

The fire destroyed a plastic cover of the motorcycle, they added.

Police said they are investigating into the case.
