BHAKTAPUR: A man drowned while swimming in a dam in Bhaktapur on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Shekhar Timilsina (21) of Bodhini, Mahamanjushree Municipality-7.

The dam was constructed by the District Development Committee for irrigation.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
