KATHMANDU: A man was electrocuted at Thali in Gajarkot of Kageshwori Manahara Municipality-7 on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Uttam Thapa (40) of Thali.

The incident occurred when Thapa had gone to turn off the main switch yesterday night.

Critically injured in the incident, Thapa was rushed to the Narayantar-based Shankarapur Hospital where he breathed his last during the course of treatment.

Police are investigating into the case.
