KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man on charge of killing his two-year-old son with a sharp weapon on Sunday.

The suspect has been identified as Hiradhan Rai of Koteshwor, KMC-35.

Rai was arrested based on an FIR lodged by his wife, police informed.

The son Erik had breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the Bir Hospital.

Police are looking into the case.
