KATHMANDU: A man has been robbed of Rs 23,000 in cash from Koteshwor on Saturday.

Sakin Baidya (23) of Koteshwor, KMC-35 had kept his purse on a bill counter to pay his bill after purchasing goods from the Bhatbhateni Super Market, police said.

In the meantime, another man, who was standing by his side, ran away with the purse.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
