Maths conference kicks off

KATHMANDU: A three-day long 'Second National Mathematics Conference' organised by Nepal Mathematics Society kicked off in Biratnagar today.

According to a press statement, a total of 150 students from Nepal and Pakistan and professors from various universities were among the participants. The conference is being supported by Nepal’s universities.

Kedar Nath Chhatkuli, member of the society said that 8 scientific presentations and 29 general presentations were the highlights.
