KATHMANDU: Political parties on Friday suggested the Election Commission to hold by-election

in the five vacant constituencies only after Dashain and Tihar.

Representatives from 13 different political parties put forth such suggestion during an all-party meet organised by the EC here. The Election Commission said date for the by-election would be confirmed only after the discussion with the government.
