Minister seeks Civil Servants’ Act
Kathmandu, April 20:
Minister of State for General Administration Ram Chandra Yadav today called for an end to lawlessness. He also called for the introduction of a Civil Servants’ Act at the earliest.
Yadav was addressing an interaction programme on ‘Lack of Civil Servant Act and the Forthcoming Constituent Assembly (CA) Polls’ organised by the Nepal Government Employees’ Organisation (NEGEO).
“The NEGEO must warn the government by organising programmes and workshops so as to make the latter aware of the situation,” said Yadav.
Moha Dutta Timilsina, deputy secretary of the Office of the Attorney-General, said, “Lawlessness has affected the administrative structure.” He demanded that problems of employees be addressed.
