KATHMANDU: Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) on Friday morning took a decision that they would only join the next government if it is formed under their leadership with the backing of other parties.

The meeting was held from Thursday afternoon to early Friday morning, at a hotel in Dillibazar, which lasted for 15 hours.

They also decided that they would give outside support to the other parties or coalition forming the government, provided an agreement is made in writing to implement the eight-point agreement signed by the government with United Democratic Madhesi Front in February 2008, should they fail to garner support in forming the next government under their leadership.
