KATHMANDU: A 18-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Mulpani, Kageshwori Manahara-9 of Kathmandu district on Tuesday.

Sagar Pandey, a permanent resident of Lazimpat, KMC-2, currently residing in Mulpani was reportedly attacked with a knife on his nape by a gang of three to four persons in Mulpani yesterday.

Seriously wounded in the attack, Pandey was rushed to Narayantar-based Shankarapur Hospital, where he died during treatment, police said.

Meanwhile, police identified one of the suspects as Bishal Tamang (16), a permanent resident of Haldibari-4 of Jhapa district.

Police are looking for other suspects involved in the case.
