BHAKTAPUR: A bomb disposal squad of the Nepal Army defused an improvised explosive device (IED) found near Sinai English School at Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-4 in the district this morning.

Locals had reported the police after they saw a suspicious object near the school.

Police have stated that the bomb might have been planted to terrorise the locals.
