KATHMANDU: Vice-Chairman of the UCPN-Maoist, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, on Sunday reiterated that his party would launch a vigorous third round of protest if the political consensus was not forged at the earliest. Speaking at an interaction organised by Reporter’s Club, he said that the sankalpa prastav should address the move of President and civilian supremacy in one or the other way. He also said that the next national government should be formed under the leadership of the UCPN-Maoist.
