KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 22
Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has won the House of Representatives elections in Kathmandu Constituency No. 4.
Thapa was elected with 21,302 votes, according to the election officer Sharda Paudel.
His nearest rival Rajan Bhattarai of CPN-UML received 13,855 votes.
A total of 45,929 votes were cast in the constituency.
