The Nepal Chemists and Druggists Association on Tuesday expressed serious concern over reports of medicine shortage in various Tarai districts.

A press statement issued by the NCDA Chairperson Mrigendra Meher Shrestha appealed to all sides concerned to facilitate the supply of medicines to the Tarai districts. The association has also appealed to the political parties in the Constituent Assembly to guide the country towards development and prosperity.

“Nepal Chemists and Druggists Association appeals to all stakeholders to make necessary arrangements for easy import and supply of medicines across the country,” reads the press statement issued by NCDA.
